A Perfect Season

I’m not a huge football fan, meaning I don’t follow the different teams’ progress from the beginning of every season, but I do love watching the champions compete in the playoffs and ultimately the Super Bowl, which is coming up soon.  In Super Bowl XLII (2008), the New England Patriots played against the New York Giants.  A few days leading up to that big game, I remember hearing a sportscaster announce that the New England Patriots had had a “perfect season.”  They hadn’t lost a single game they’d played.
